Registration of civil partnership

Partnership (A company registered under the Obligations and Contracts Act, hereinafter DZZD) is often the more suitable form of legal entity for exercising business. Such partnership is often preferred by already existing companies.

It is an association of one or several individuals or legal entities, whose efforts are focused on achieving a joint business objective. Sometimes, DZZD is the form or organization chosen for the performance of a specific activity, e.g. a public procurement contract.

The registration in the BULSTAT register is simplified and gives the partners the freedom to choose the amount of capital contributions and the type of management.
