Welcome to our site. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they represent an agreement governing the relationship between us and you regarding the use of our website https://gmpconsult.bg/.

Terminological explanations

  • “Site” is a website https://gmpconsult.bg/
  • The Company is GMP Consult OOD, UIC 203745236, address: Varna, 11A Andrey Sakharov Str., with trade name “GMP Consult Ltd.”, registered as a personal data administrator with the CPDP.
  • “Client” is any person using the content of the Site and the services of the Company.
  • “Using the Site” are actions such as visiting the Site, browsing the Site, making an inquiry through the Site, reading articles published on the Blog page of the Site, clicking on the links, entering information, comments etc.
  • “Parties” are the Company and the Client together.
  1. The Site is owned by the Company and is operated and maintained by the Company.
  2. The services offered through the Site are provided by the Company in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, which are an agreement between the Client and the Company and an additional contract concluded between the parties, regulating their relations in details.
  3. The services of the Company are intended for legal entities (traders) and individuals acting in the context of their business, occupation or jobs. The Services are offered only if the rules and clauses of these General Terms and Conditions are accepted. In case of disagreement with them, please do not use the Site.

Access

  1. The Company makes every effort to maintain the Site; however, the Company does not guarantee permanent and uninterrupted access to the Site. There may be violations in its use due to updating, content change, prevention or poor Internet connection.
  2. The Company reserves the right to suspend access to certain content or the entire Site for an unlimited period of time, planned or incidental, without liability for any damages to the Client.

Links to third party sites

  1. For the convenience and additional information of the Client, the Site may contain links to third party sites. The Company is not responsible for the content of these sites or for access to them. The Company is in no way legally bound, nor does it sponsor or support any of these third party sites. In addition, the Company is not authorized to use any trademark, logo, copyright or any other intellectual property that may appear in them. The Company does not pre-approve the content or materials of third party sites. The use of these sites is subject to the conditions published on it and the Company is not a party to the relationship between the Client and the third party, owner of such website.

Services

  1. The Company offers its services through the Site, which are not exhaustively listed on the Services page.
  2. For using a service of the Company, the Client shall pay a remuneration agreed between the parties. The remuneration for the service, as well as additional clauses regarding its implementation, are agreed in an additional contract. These General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the contract concluded between the parties.

Blog

  1. The Company publishes Articles on various topics on the Blog page of the Site. The articles are based on the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union at the time of their publication, as well as on various surveys and statistics. However, due to constant legal changes, it is possible that the information on the Site is not up to date at the time of acquaintance of the Client with it.
  2. The articles are intended only for the information of the Client and should not be accepted as an opinion of the Company on a specific case or providing legal advice. The articles on the Site provide general information, but the correct application of this information in practice depends on the correct legal qualification of the facts and the assessment of all the facts of the specific situation, which cannot be described on the Site.
  3. The Company does not claim the completeness of its Articles. Therefore, the Client should always make an inquiry to the Company, specifying the specific facts of his case.
  4. The Client has the right to leave a comment on the Blog page, which will be published on the Site after the Company review it and approve it.
  5. The Company shall reserve the right not to publish comments that contain offensive, racist, obscure or advertising content.

Liability

  1. The Company is not liable for property and/or non-property damages and loses in case the Client trusts the information provided on the Site and applies it in a certain situation, as a result of which damages and loses occur for the Client.
  2. The Company is not liable for damages and loses resulting from the use of outdated content on the Site.

Copyright

  1. The content of the Site, including text, graphic and design information on all its pages, including the Articles published in the Blog, are property of the Company.
  2. Copying, printing, downloading, publishing on another website, providing to third parties and all other forms of use of the content of the Site without the express written consent of the Company is strictly forbidden and is considered a violation of the copyrights of the Company.
  3. The Client is entitled to publish on the Internet a part of the Site’s content only if he adds a link/reference to the Site of the Company.

Contact form

  1. The Site provides an opportunity to direct contact by telephone or via e-mail address of the Company through the Contact page. By sending an inquiry, the Client expressly agrees that the personal data provided by him (name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) to be stored and processed by the Company in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU.
  2. The Client gives his explicit consent that he will use the Contact form of the Site only for its intended purpose and will not send offensive, racist, obscure or advertising content through it.
  3. The Company has the right to collect and store information about the Client as a result of the used contact form. This information shall be processed by the Company for surveys and feedback from the Client, sending new articles, advertising and other content related to the operation of the Site and the Company’s profiles on social media.
  4. By using the Site, the Client expresses his explicit and unconditional consent to these Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time, the latter coming into force for the Client from the date of their publication on the Site without explicit notification of the change.
  6. These Terms and Conditions are prepared in Bulgarian and English, and in case of conflict between the two languages versions, the Bulgarian version shall prevail.
