Company termination

In addition to opening a company in Bulgaria, our team also offers its termination when it will no longer operate. The process of terminating a company takes at least 6 months, as this is the minimum period set by law to protect the company’s creditors. The preparation of the necessary documents, the notification of the competent bodies of NRA (National Revenue Agency) and NSSI (National Social Security institute) for the liquidation of the company, as well as the submission of the mandatory applications to the Commercial Register, is done entirely by our team with minimal assistance from you.
